$70,000 First Year Earnings
Responsibilities:
Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication Desire to learn and be knowledgeable about the recruiting industry and the challenges of hiring for our clients
Qualifications:
Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Passionate about selling Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on College degree preferred but not required 1-3 years of sales experience preferred but not required Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal Competitive attitude Winning attitude.
