Currently, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Medical Biller, to serve as our Fiscal Coordinator, with extensive working knowledge of claims processing, billing, and firm knowledge of insurance and its payers to fill an opening within our organization.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player that can work in a management level position reporting to the organization's Senior Management Team.
This candidate must possess excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
This candidate must be proficient and willing to learn EMR systems, excel, Teams, Quickbooks, and other fiscal software.

Candidates will be required to work at various MVP Recovery locations in Delaware County and Chester County as needed.
In this role you will perform the following duties:
Responsible for investigation, follow-up, and resolution of accounts receivable.
Resolve outstanding payer balances for assigned financial classes by monitoring paid and defined claims reports.
Process behavioral health care billing codes and submission.
Process county and state invoices and follow procedures.
Submit billing/invoices, monitor, and ensure timely payment.
Follow through on claim denials and rejections on a timely basis.
Follow up on outstanding claims and submit appropriate documents for payment when necessary.
Process payer and patient refunds where appropriate.
Batch and post transactions in the practice billing system.
Stay informed of payer updates or changes via bulletins and web-based tools.
Retrieve voice and e-mails, and effectively prioritize responses.
Complete short-term and long-term projects necessary for efficient organization operation.
Monitor/track daily, weekly, and monthly expenses and revenue.
Submit and track monthly invoices.
Responsible for representing our organization in county, state, and federal fiscal/budget meetings.
Responsible for fiscal audits and compliance.
Responsible for collecting and measuring data and outcomes.
Responsible for monitoring and processing payroll.
Responsible for managing the organization's HR system.
Credentialing and maintaining private insurance contracts and managed care contracts.
Tracking and submission of weekly/monthly/annual P/L reports.
Adherence to all SCA, DDAP, OMSHA, and Joint Accreditation requirements and regulations.
Adherence to all county, state, and federal confidentiality regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
