Store is closed Sundays & Mondays Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Provide assistance and information on product features for customers Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Go the extra mile to drive sales Maintain the showroom and display of motorcycles Actively seek out customers in store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Build productive trusting relationships with customers Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales (e.
g.
planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) Skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math skills Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Track record of over-achieving sales quota Hands-on experience with POS transactions Familiarity with inventory procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner Qualifications & Job Requirements Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community Have a valid motorcycle endorsement Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required Approachable, likeable, and enthusiastic personality Self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Great customer service, excellent personal communication, and demonstrated closing skills Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience of the customer and the profitability of the dealership Experience with CRM and/or computerized inventory systems, or the ability to learn quickly Availability to work flexible shifts possibly including weekends and/or holidays Job Type:
