Qualifications:

years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and commercial customers in the painting, construction/renovation industry, or other home service industries Ability to understand estimating standards (math/numbers) You have a passion for success & a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets You're a strong communicator able to sell the value of Heiler Painting You're a good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer You are driven, reliable, and hold yourself accountable to results You're a team player that likes to see others succeed You're friendly and able to build rapport quickly You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Full or Part-time options are available We provide complete training on the customer experience, and you will be equipped with the technology and estimating tools needed to do a great job.
Compensation:
Base
