Responsibilities:
Assist individuals in perfecting resumes, applications, interpersonal working relationships, and interview skills.
Help the client learn to sell their strengths to a potential employer.
Network with local businesses to advocate for your client to create fair jobs in the community.
Give the client a boost of confidence when applying for a job through positive feedback, coaching, and encouragement.
Offer the client resources to help find gainful employment.
On site coaching to promote job attainment and retention.
Provide ongoing supports as necessary for long term employment Job Type:
