Practice focus is estate administration and estate planning.
Our candidate would be required to:
Be familiar with all aspects of estate administration.
Create and assemble documents for probate and begin the estate administration process by organizing files, sending date of death letters, recording information received and monitoring the estate administration process, preparing the inheritance tax return and assisting in the estate administration management.
For estate litigation, the candidate would assist in the preparation of petitions and/or answers and prepare and organize supporting papers and exhibits.
Our candidate must have:
At least 3 years legal experience; Strong organizational skills;.
Familiarity with Excel and Lackner (or similar estate administration program).
