We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic Finance team.
This position will play an integral role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of internal and external audits, manage client engagements, and prepare and review 10-Q/10-K financial statements.

Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and execute multiple audit engagements, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Review and prepare 10-Q/10-K financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and systems, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations to improve their control environment.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including SOX and SEC.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to audit staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality service that exceeds their expectations.
Assist in the development of the annual audit plan, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate audit findings to senior management, presenting clear and concise recommendations for addressing identified issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the financial industry.
Proven experience with client engagements, regulatory compliance, and preparation of 10-Q/10-K financial statements.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their best performance.
