Responsibilities:
GOAL.
Completion of chimney projects for customers to meet or exceed company goals PROJECT PLAN for assigned projects RISK and SAFETY management MANAGE Permits for assigned projects COMPLETE chimney-related projects on time & budget OVERSEE Field Labor Management for the Chimney Dept (including Subs) BE AVAILABLE as the Technical Resource to field installation teams LEAD/Participate in regular meetings to communicate and solve problems II.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT/SAFETY GOAL.
Develop Field Technicians in a way that elevates employee and customer satisfaction ENSURE Training and Safety is actively pursued RECRUIT/TRAIN qualified technicians for the Chimney Team IDENTIFY knowledge gaps of Chimney Technicians DEVELOP and MANAGE Field Training Guide MAINTAIN up-to-date training records for each direct report KEY OUTCOMES Meet Chimney Dept Billable Rate goals Meet Installation Efficiency goals Meet Team Jobs Completed Balance collected goals Meet Team Project Packages completion goals Minimize Warranty/Call-Backs due to installation errors Meet Team Safety Incident rating goals Meet Annual Training goals Job Type:
