Summary:

Works with the IT Project Manager in delivering new SharePoint capabilities, process improvements, and new project initiation as required. The position includes analysis of gathered requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and documentation of new custom built applications. The consultant will be responsible for closely working with key business partners and to define business requirements, document technical and functional specifications.

Principal Duties:
oPartners and collaborates with the business, and understands their business needs, strategies, and goals
oResearches, identifies and develops solutions to business challenges and opportunities
oAnalyzes business and user needs, and documents customer specifications
oUtilizes analytical and problem solving skills to investigate, document, and resolve technology issues in a timely and courteous manner
oLeverages resources throughout ITPS as appropriate to deliver on business area requirements and requests
oCompletes project deliverables based on the agreed scope; estimates work effort, duration, resources and requirements; ensures that requirements are being met.
oManages business partner expectations and project scope; appropriately reports status; delivers quality results. Reports on project progress.
oParticipates in initial investigation of software; performs gap analysis between business needs and the technology capabilities; designs systems architecture; develops and execute test scripts.
oParticipates in requirements gathering tasks. Analyzes requirements for system enhancements and modifications. Facilitates the documentation of technical requirements. Researches and analyzes options; recommends solutions; and writes functional specifications.
oDevelops solutions based on requirements, creates test scripts and performs unit testing, creates and tests installation scripts and procedures testing and software release
oCreates change request documents, works collaboratively with the QA activities during integration
oFacilitates planning and execution of appropriate user acceptance testing with Engagement teams.
oEffectively communicates throughout all levels of the organization and explains technical issues in a way that is clear and concise. Communicates difficult and sensitive information tactfully
oConducts and coordinates team cross-training
oAbility to apply ITPS Security standards and practices as well as adhere to these standards in the development and design of new and existing technologies within our corporate and store infrastructure.
Essential Functions:

oCreates and supports Corporate Intranet, Corporate Internet, SQL Databases and Web reports.
oDevelops new Intranet applications utilizing Visual Studio 2010, C# , SharePoint & VB.Net
oMinimum of 3 years of Java Script

years of experience in .Net development
oExperience in Microsoft SQL 2008/2012 required. Ideally hands on experience in SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, InfoPath, HTML
oInternet Information Services 6.0 or greater experience, SSL & LDAP/Directory Services

years of experience with web services development

years of experience with SharePoint development (1 year SharePoint 2013)

years of experience with SharePoint 2013 System Installation

years of experience with InfoPath Development
oMinimum of 5 years of experience in a web development related environment
oExperienced with FTP Processes
Qualifications:
oBachelors degree in Information Technology or a technical discipline (e.g., engineering), or technical certifications, or related experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
